A regular clean should be something you stop thinking about. We build a written specification around your home and your priorities, then work to it every single visit — so the standard never depends on who happens to be available that week.
Our cleaners are fully insured, DBS checked and arrive equipped with professional, eco-friendly products. You are welcome to leave a key safe, or be there each time. Whatever suits how you live.

Domestic Cleaning
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many of our clients provide access before they leave for work or via a secure key safe. Our fully insured, DBS-checked cleaners will treat your home with the utmost respect, and we’ll ensure it’s left secure before we leave.
Can I provide my own cleaning products?
Absolutely. We’re happy to use your preferred products if requested. Alternatively, our team arrives fully equipped with professional, eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment included in your service.
Can I have the same cleaner each time?
Yes. Wherever possible, we assign the same cleaner for regular weekly or fortnightly visits, allowing them to become familiar with your home and preferences. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we’ll arrange a trusted replacement.
How often should I book a domestic clean?
This depends on your lifestyle and household.

What isn’t included in a standard clean?
Our standard domestic clean covers all routine household cleaning. Services such as inside ovens, inside refrigerators, interior windows, laundry, ironing and inside cupboards can all be added as optional extras. We’ll always explain exactly what’s included before your first clean.
