Ovens, extractor hoods, appliances, grout, tracks, skirtings and inside cupboards are all covered. We photograph the finished property so you have a record of how it was left.

Yes. Our end of tenancy cleaning service is designed to meet the high standards expected by landlords, letting agents and property managers. We focus on the areas most commonly checked during inspections, helping to leave the property in excellent condition for the next tenant.
Do you clean inside ovens and appliances?
Yes. We thoroughly clean the inside and outside of ovens, extractor hoods, microwaves, refrigerators and freezers (where selected), removing grease, food residue and built-up grime to restore them to a high standard.
Will this help me get my deposit back?
While we cannot guarantee the return of your deposit, our comprehensive end of tenancy cleaning service is designed to help you meet landlord and letting agent expectations. A professionally cleaned property can significantly reduce the likelihood of cleaning-related deductions.
Do I need to be present during the clean?
No. As long as we have arranged access to the property, you don’t need to be present. Many customers leave keys with an estate agent, key safe or trusted neighbour. We’ll ensure the property is securely locked when we leave.
How long does an end of tenancy clean take?
The duration depends on the size and condition of the property. As a guide:
- 1 bedroom – 3–5 hours
- 2 bedrooms – 4–6 hours
- 3 bedrooms – 5–8 hours
- Larger properties – quoted individually
We’ll provide an estimated timescale with your quotation.
Can you clean at short notice?
Yes, subject to availability. We understand that moving dates can change unexpectedly, so we’ll always do our best to accommodate urgent or last-minute bookings whenever possible.
Do I need to defrost my fridge and freezer before the clean?
Yes. If you’ve booked internal fridge or freezer cleaning, we recommend switching the appliance off and allowing it to fully defrost at least 12–24 hours before our arrival. This allows us to clean it thoroughly without causing damage.
